Candidate & Employee Assessment
For clients who wish to have access to the added certainties and insights that psychometric testing provides, we offer an Assessment Service that is ideal for external or internal recruitment as well as for development, career and succession planning purposes.
We are able to use a range of well known, validated and highly regarded psychometric measures including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 16 PF and OPQ. These can simply be used as part of Assessment Centre activities or on a stand alone one to one basis depending upon need.
We can also assist clients in the design and operation of Assessment Centres for either internal or external recruitment purposes.
