  • Using candidate assessment techniques such as psychometric testing, including skills and aptitude tests

We have significant experience of advising clients in the lawful and proactive management of their most important resource, their human talent.  This includes:

  • Providing advice concerning current UK employment law and it’s application

  • Assisting clients develop positive and empowering employee relations culture using HR best practice

  • Providing strategies to ensure client organisations train and coach the key skills upon which their organisations depend

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

We have worked with clients in order to establish safe and environmentally friendly work and operating infrastructure such as:

  • Undertaking work based and home based (working from home) H&S risk assessments

  • Undertaking environmental management Impacts and Aspects reviews

  • Providing H&S and Environmental Management training initiatives

  • Assisting clients to obtain certification to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
